Conversations go where they go. If the caller wants to talk about grief, we talk about grief. If they want to talk about pickles, we talk about pickles.

What airs is what was said. Recordings get published intact. We don't cut the awkward parts. The awkward parts are usually the best parts.

When does the show actually launch?
No firm date yet. The infrastructure is built and tested. When the first episode goes live, every email on the waitlist gets a single notification. That's the only email you'll get from this list until then.
Do I have to call in, or can I just listen?
You can just listen. Most people will. Calling in is optional and only happens if you raise your hand in the live interface.
Will episodes be available after they air?
Yes. Recordings get published intact to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and the episodes page on this site. We don't edit out the rough parts.
What kind of conversations happen on the show?
Three pillars: understanding yourself, understanding your kids, understanding each other. Everything from nervous-system regulation to ADHD parenting to having a hard conversation with someone you disagree with. No politics-as-sport, no celebrity interviews, no product pitches.
How is calling in different from leaving a voicemail or comment?
You're talking to the host in real time, on air, while the audience listens. It's a live conversation, not a submission. The host responds in the moment.
Is it political?
No. The show is about all human elements and experiences. Politics shows up when callers bring it. The goal is finding common ground across worldviews, not arguing about them.
Will my voice or name be public?
If you choose to call in and go on air, yes — that's the format. If you only listen, you stay anonymous. You can use a first name only or a pseudonym when you call in if you want.
